1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This may include:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (if using email/password authentication). We do not store your password in plain text; it is encrypted and stored securely.
  • OAuth Authentication Data: If you sign in using Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive and store your email address and basic profile information (such as your name and profile picture) provided by the OAuth provider. This information is used solely for authentication and account management.
  • User-Generated Content: Any designs, collections, collection items, and thumbnails you create and save using our tools are stored in your account.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our services, including which tools you access and features you use.

Third-Party Authentication Services

We use Supabase to handle authentication and user account management. When you create an account or sign in, your authentication data is processed by Supabase. Supabase's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, which you can review at supabase.com/privacy.

When you use OAuth providers (Google or GitHub) to sign in, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies:

  • OAuth Providers: When you choose to sign in with Google or GitHub, we share authentication requests with these providers. They process your sign-in and may share basic profile information with us.
  • With your explicit consent
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect our rights and safety
  • In connection with a business transfer

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your account data, including authentication information, collections, designs, and thumbnails, are stored securely in Supabase databases and storage systems. Data is stored in data centers that comply with industry security standards.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

  • Encrypted password storage (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)
  • Secure authentication through Supabase using industry-standard protocols
  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Row-level security policies that restrict data access to authenticated users
  • Regular security assessments and updates

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
